WARRANTY POLICY

All breast pumps purchased from our store come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and motor malfunctions under normal use during the warranty period.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Motor malfunction under normal usage
  • Factory-related product issues

If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, the company may provide:

  • Replacement unit (subject to stock availability)

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by our technical team.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Damage caused by dropping or physical impact
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering with the product
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality


Consumable Parts

Breast pump consumable parts are not covered under warranty.
These include but are not limited to:

  • Silicone valves
  • Membranes
  • Tubing
  • Breast shields / flanges
  • Bottles


These parts are considered regular wear-and-tear components and require periodic replacement depending on usage.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To file a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Product serial number (if applicable)
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Description of the problem encountered

30-Day Outright Replacement

Products that are proven to be defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues may qualify for an outright replacement within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To qualify for replacement, customers must provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or issue
  • Complete product with original accessories

All replacement requests are subject to product evaluation and approval. Replacement will be processed subject to stock availability.

Hygiene and Safety Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, breast pumps, pump parts, and other personal care products cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used unless proven defective.
