Order Terms & Conditions

By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Orders are considered confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation email.

Customers may choose from the following delivery options during checkout:

Ship (For Delivery):
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delays or failed deliveries.

Pick-Up:
If Pick-Up is selected, customers will be notified once the order is ready. Valid identification and order confirmation may be required upon collection.

Delivery Options

Express Delivery:
Shipping fees for Express Delivery vary depending on the delivery location. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the customer’s address (e.g., Quezon City, Navotas City, etc.).

Standard Delivery:
Standard delivery rates may vary depending on the region (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, and island locations). Shipping fees are added before completing the payment process.

The total shipping fee, including any applicable insurance fee, is calculated at checkout based on the actual weight or dimensional weight (whichever is higher) and the delivery location.

Order Confirmation and Processing and Booking Schedule

Once payment is successfully received and verified:

  • A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
  • This email serves as proof of the completed order.


Customers are responsible for ensuring that their email address is correct.

After payment is successfully confirmed, orders will be processed and prepared for shipment or pick-up. Parcels will be shipped within 24–48 hours or the next business day (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the selected shipping method and delivery location.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, the company no longer has control over the delivery and shipping process.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • 1–3 days within Metro Manila
  • 3–7 days for provincial areas

For Express Delivery, delivery operations start at 9:00 AM, and the daily cut-off time is 2:00 PM. Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM will be processed and booked for delivery on the same day. Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM will be scheduled for next-day delivery booking. Express delivery is subject to rider availability and serviceable delivery locations.

 

For Standard Delivery, orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours or the next business day after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and holidays).

 

Estimated delivery times for standard delivery:

Metro Manila: 1–3 business days

Provincial Areas: 3–7 business days

 

For Pick-Up orders, the cut-off time is 5:00 PM. Orders confirmed before 5:00 PM is for same-day pick-up. Orders confirmed after 5:00 PM will be scheduled for next-day pick-up.

 

Orders placed on Sundays and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Confirmation

Once an item is delivered, it is deemed received in good condition unless a complaint is filed within 24 hours.

Insured Shipping Coverage

Items are protected against direct loss or damage during transport. Insured Shipping provides protection against:

  • Lost parcels confirmed by the courier
  • Parcels damaged during transit
  • Confirmed non-delivery due to courier-related issues


This coverage applies only while the parcel is in transit with our official courier partners.

Coverage does not apply to, and is not limited below,:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery due to recipient unavailability
  • Refused parcels
  • Orders marked “Delivered” by the courier with proof of delivery
  • Minor packaging dents without product damage
  • Damage caused by customer mishandling after receipt
  • Loss or damage resulting from actions, negligence, or involvement of the customer, recipient, or their representatives
  • Force majeure events beyond reasonable control
  • Other incidents similar above

Filing an Insured Shipping Claim

To file a claim, customers must email customercare@sartelara.com and:

Notify us within 24 hours of:

  • The marked delivery date (if the parcel was not received), or
  • Receipt of a damaged parcel

Provide the following:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Unboxing video (starting from the unopened parcel)


Failure to provide complete documentation may result in the denial of the claim.

Claim Resolution

All claims are subject to investigation and courier verification. Once approved, customers may receive one of the following:

  • Replacement of the item (subject to stock availability)
  • Refund to the original payment method


Processing time may take 7–15 business days, depending on courier confirmation and payment provider timelines.

The company’s liability under insured shipping is limited to the actual purchase value of the affected item(s).

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by the courier.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information when placing an order.

The company reserves the right to cancel or hold orders with incomplete, suspicious, or unverifiable details.

Warranty Policy

All breast pumps purchased from our store come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and motor malfunctions under normal use during the warranty period.

Products that are proven to be defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues may qualify for an outright replacement within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Refund and Return Policy

Customers may request a return and refund within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item meets the certain conditions. Customers must notify us within 24 hours upon receiving a defective or incorrect item and provide clear photos or videos as proof.

Once the return request is reviewed and approved, customers may receive a refund to the original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation.

Shipping fees for returns may apply unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by the company.
