HOW TO USE:
Wear the mamme MANUAL BREAST PUMP on one side of your breast; and put the mamme NIPPLE SHIELD on your other breast. Start collecting milk with the manual breast pump; while nurse your baby with the nipple shield. You can simultaneously wear the mamme POSTPARTUM BELLY SUPPORT SET while breastfeeding your baby.
mamme Manual Breast Pump
- Place the breast shield over your nipple, ensuring that it is centered and comfortable.
- Squeeze the handle to start pumping by creating negative pressure & uniform suction.
- Pump until you have expressed the desired amount of milk or finished pumping.
- Carefully remove the breast shield from the bottle.
- Cover the bottle with a bottle nipple and cap to store the milk.
- Nurse the milk bottle directly to the baby
mamme Nipple Shield
- Fold the outer cover into a concave shape and a few drops of breastmilk in the inner chamber.
- Pinch the nipple and place the nipple shield over the breast with the nipple centered inside the nipple portion of the shield.
- Turnover the outer cover, enclosing as much of the areola and breast as possible.
- Use your hand to secure the shield in place and begin breastfeeding

- Hold the postpartum shapewear with both hands and step into it, just like you would with a pair of pants. Pull it up to your waistline, ensuring it covers the target area (tummy and waist) you want to shape and support.

- Replace every 2-3 months or if damaged by baby's teething.

- Hand wash with warm soapy water and rinse well.
- Lay flat and air dry. Do not twist or wring it.
- Do not use bleach or softener. Do not iron or dry clean.
