HOW TO USE
• Place the breast shield over your nipple, ensuring it is centered and comfortable
• Begin with short, quick squeezs of the handle to stimulate your let-dwon, similar to how a baby starts sucking.
• Once milk begins to flow, switch to slower, deeper squeezes. Adjust the speed and strength to what feels comfortable for you; you’re control of the suction.
• Continue pumping until milk flow slows down or you’ve expressed what you need, then stop.
• Carefully remove the breast shield, attach the nipple and nurse directly to your baby.
